Hi friends, my name is Jessie Heaney.  I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO but currently live right across the state line on the Kansas side.  Over the past 5 years I have been perfecting the FrannyJoe's sauce to what it is today.  I have three very picky and hangry young eaters in my house. So I need to be able to whip up something that is healthy and not full of all the extra stuff you can't even pronounce.  It originally started as a sloppy joe sauce but when I started handing it out to friends and family, I learned a lot of them are using it for other delicious meals (meatloaf, wings, pasta, etc.). The name “FrannyJoe’s” came from my Grandma Franny.  She was an incredible wife, mother, and grandma.  The true definition of a grandma!  She loved to cook and used to make us sloppy joes by using the canned mix but adding about a cup of white cane sugar.  Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but I knew in today's health-conscious world, that would not fly.  My grandma would be proud of this new recipe, and I would love to share it with you and your family.
